The cold weather can be very harsh on our bodies, minds, and spirits.  Work out the cob webs of winter and renew your spirit with this 6 week series designed to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the summer fun! 


We will combine traditional yoga stretching and postures with restorative yoga techniques. Each session will also include meditation. This series is designed for All Levels. $65 for 6 weeks. Pre-registration required.
